Important: Service update: voicemail and referrals
Between 30 June and 11 July 2025, we experienced technical issues with our voicemail system. The issue has now been resolved, and everyone who left a message with contact details has been contacted. If you left a voicemail during this period and haven’t heard from us, please get in touch.
If you referred yourself using our online form, Limbic referral assistant, or by voicemail, you should receive an email inviting you to book your assessment appointment. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please contact us so we can assist you.
